I made this recipe Monday night and my family loved it!!!

WW points = 4 per serving (1 individual meat loaf)
(Calories: 190; Fat: 6 g; Fiber 1.7 g)
I served it with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies for a total of only 7 WW pts.
