We had a wonderful Easter weekend.
It’s kind of a shame that these are the only pictures I captured over the entire weekend.
But, I guess we were too busy enjoying time with family to worry about taking pictures of it all.
My parents came to visit on Thursday and stayed through Easter dinner.
Since the weather has been so nice and warm, the kids were able to go out and play every single day and we even grilled out.
On Sunday we celebrated Christ’s resurrection with a concert at our post chapel by Larnelle Harris.
As you can see, MC, EA, and Will enjoyed devouring their chocolate bunnies that someone gave them along with their Easter baskets.

We had a GREAT Easter weekend! Fun Egg hunt Sat, Wonderful Bible Fellowship and worship at First North, lunch with family, and we told the kids about our trip to Disney in 2 weeks. I wrote a booklet entitled “Nathan and Rachel’s Easter surprise” and then read it to them when they got up Sun morning. I know I had more fun making the book and ancitipating reading it to them than they had finding out about Disney!

PS– I also took NO picture worth looking at this weekend. I always dress them up in their Easter clothes and do a photo shoot either before or after Easter– usually in a park somewhere— way to stressful to try to get “good” pics on easter sunday.
I too have had weekends where I just didn’t pull out the camera… those are the times you take the pics in your mind to treasure up! So glad you had a wonderful weekend and a great time with your family!!

Some pictures are better than none. But I must say it is always nice to enjoy your day and not worry about having your camera attached to your had.

Kinda hard to complain about a holiday that was so much fun you forgot to take pictures.
