The girls have only one television show that they watch on a regular basis….Sesame Street.
We have been very careful to limit the amount of television that they watch and to make sure that the shows they tune in to are educational and age appropriate.
I thought for sure that Sesame Street fit into that category….until today that is.
Elizabeth Anne was having a snack this morning. She was eating a cracker using the worse table manners I’ve ever witnessed.
She was taking little bites while continuing to stuff the entire cracker into her mouth.
Crumbs were flying everywhere!!!!
I told her to stop eating like that because it wasn’t good manners at the table.
Her response?????
“Well…..cookie monster does it!”

Did you know that the creators of Veggie Tales had to change the bunny song four or five times because they thought little kids would see nezzer as being a bad guy but instead they picked up the song faster than anything and parents got mad when the started hearing their kids singing I won’t do my homework and I don’t like school and So on…Funny how grownups think one thing and kids do the exact opposite…Just to proves us ALL wrong!…LOL
