I wasn’t planning on posting a menu this week, since it’s going to be a short week for meals. We have movers coming in on Thursday and Friday to pack up and load our household goods. Wednesday will be a flurry of getting ready for that. But, then I thought, it never hurts to plan out meals, even for the busy times. Maybe especially for the busy times!
A friend called last week and told me that she has been inspired to start planning meals for her family on a weekly basis and shopping accordingly. She raved about how it has reduced the stress in her days! I told her that I really should have her write a testimonial for menu planning.
So, here are our meals for the week…they’ll probably change a bit as the hecticness of the week sets in. I don’t always post our side items…I usually add in an vegetable or salad and bread with each meal.
Monday - Easy and Creamy Itialian Skillet Dinner
Tuesday - Cheeseburger Mini-Muffins (from last week’s menu)
Wednesday - Sausage and Macaroni
Thursday - Pizza
Friday - Tacos
Saturday - Lasagna
Sunday - Brunch

Planning out meals during a move is very wise! I have kept a cooler out with sandwich fixings during our moving day. It helped out a lot. Are you all packed and ready to go? I wish I could greet you at the airport with a welcome home but it will have to be a virtual welcome
