Menu Plan – Week of August 24

Monday - Easy Taco Pie (leftover from last week)

Tuesday - 15 Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner (Kraft Make it Simple Recipe Collection p. 42)

1 tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can (1 1/3 c.) water or milk
2 c. Minute White Rice, uncooked

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh oregano.

Wednesday - BBQ Mini Meatloaves; Green Beans; Mashed Potatoes

Thursday - leftovers

Friday - Blackened Chicken Caesar Sandwiches; Fries; Salad

Saturday - Out to Eat for my birthday

Sunday - Brunch
