This week’s plan is very, very simple. I won’t be trying out any new recipes this week.
I am going to be out at night two nights this week for a Chaplain’s wife coffee and Bible Study. My husband and I also have an at home date night planned, so there’s lots of quick and easy meals.
I do have to let you know that the Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe from last week with Fried Rice was nothing short of incredible!!! We devoured it! It will be added as a regular meal around here.
Anyway, here’s our very simple plan for this week…
Sunday – Sandwiches (we came back from Great Wolf Lodge today and decided to go light for dinner since we ate there all weekend)
Monday – Chicken Enchiladas (from last week’s plan); Mexican Rice; Chips and Queso
Tuesday – leftovers
Wednesday – Sausage and Macaroni with green peas
Thursday – At Home Date Night for my husband and myself (we’re planning to have Subway); Chicken Tenders & Baked Sweet Potato Fries for the kids
Friday – Grilled Burgers
