I totally forgot to post my menu plan this morning, but hey…there’s no time like the present!
My husband and I went out to eat for lunch today, so tonight’s dinner is really light. I try to do just one big meal a day. Wednesdays are going to be busy for us because of evening church activities, so meals on this day are going to be leftovers, or something quick and easy. I try to always plan around what I know we have going on each week.
Sunday – Breakfast for Dinner: Southwestern Eggs; Biscuits & Gravy
Monday – Tuna Salad Sandwiches; Fruit; Chips
Tuesday – Chicken & Sausage Pileaux; mac n’ cheese; vegetables
Wednesday – leftovers
Thursday – Shrimp n’Grits
Friday – Cheeseburger Muffins; Fries; Steamed Carrots
Saturday – Grilled Steaks & Baked Potatoes
