This was a week of pure normalcy for us. Which is always my favorite kind. I love capturing and preserving our everyday moments.
These are the moments that may be forgotten if they’re not preserved in some way.
These are the moments that could easily fade away in the background of the exciting, monumental moments.
These are moments of my two year old rocking back and forth inside the laundry basket…testing the laws of inertia.
These are the moments of my husband singing “Little Cabin in the Woods”, a camp song, with her, complete with all the motions.
These are the moments of baking a chocolate cake to celebrate the completion of my daughter’s first chapter book.
These are the moments of my two daughters, oldest and youngest, doing sit-ups together, their feet positioned under the edge of the couch.
These are the moments of meeting my sister-in-law, her daughter and the children she nannies at the zoo.
These are the moments that I treasure in my heart.
These are the moments that I long to capture, preserve and remember.
These are the moments that motivate me to continue on with Project Life week after week and, hopefully, encourage you to preserve some moments of your own in whatever way you choose.

All such great moments. Love that Little Cabin in the Woods picture–so adorable and sweet. Also your girls doing sit-ups–LOL! Maybe they can teach me a thing or two.
