I’ve written a lot this week about fall. As I’ve said before, it is a wonderful time of year. It is a time of enjoying nature, of reading books, of lovely fun family activities, of delicious and fragrant foods.
I love all of these things.
But the finest things in life are these three faces.
Of seeing them enjoy life.
Of hearing their laughter.
Of seeing them grow and learn.
And watching them play together.
Yes, my children are the finest blessings I’ve been given.
Enjoying life with them is the finest thing of not just fall, but of every season of the year.
